At Greystone Needlepoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stitching journey. If your canvas or kit isn't quite right, we offer returns on unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure that your needlepoint canvases, threads, and accessories are in their original, pristine condition with all packaging intact.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place your items in a rigid mailer or box to prevent the canvas from creasing or the threads from tangling during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
