Does my canvas come with threads included?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description as a 'kit,' canvases are sold individually. We offer optional thread pairings for most designs to help you get started right away.
What is your standard shipping timeframe?
In-stock canvases typically ship within 2-4 business days. For custom orders or out-of-stock designs, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from the artist.
Can I return a painted canvas?
Due to the delicate nature of hand-painted canvases, we only accept returns on items in their original, pristine condition within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders and cut fibers are final sale.
What is the difference between 13-mesh and 18-mesh canvas?
Mesh size refers to the number of holes per linear inch. 13-mesh is larger and easier to see, making it great for beginners, while 18-mesh allows for finer detail in smaller designs.
Do you offer finishing services for completed projects?
Yes, we partner with professional finishers to turn your stitched canvases into pillows, ornaments, or acrylic trays. Please contact our support team for current lead times and pricing.
